Lamina Wrap - Oh the beauty
I am not sure if you all know this about me but I am a huge fan of Ambah O'Brien. She is a fabulous designer from Australia who I found through Instagram a few years ago.

Ambah designs the most fabulous modern shawls in the most fantastic array of colours. She is a constant inspiration to me and her patterns are so well written and easy to knit.
I recently got the chance to test knit (not my first time!) a new shawl pattern of hers, the Lamina Wrap. This is a great wrap that is designed to use up all of the scraps we knitters seem to collect. I know you have a basket of two somewhere!
My yarn choice for this was not my scraps but a tonal silver and a yellow gradient pack.

This shawl is simply amazing and huge and I love it! The lace pattern was very easy to follow and after the first couple repeats it was great TV knitting.
I am so happy with the out come. The fabric is light and airy and oh so soft. I cannot wait to wear it out all wrapped around me this summer when the nights are cool.
And here she is in all her glory!

Your Lamina was one of my favorites. Very elegant.
