The holiday season is definitely in full swing around here. By the time you read this post i will be up to my eye balls in Christmas decorations and John is most likely trying to get the huge tree I picked to fit in the house (go big or go home am I right??) Our girls are beyond excited for Christmas and have been singing Christmas carols for about 3 weeks already. Micheal Buble’s Christmas album is on repeat in this house. October to me is the month when things finally start to slow down and the fall season really kicks into gear. Don’t get me wrong – I love a good summer day as much as the next human. But there will always be something special about the first chilly days of the year when you can grab a blanket, curl up with a cup of teas and get all cozy. I am ready for wool socks, cozy fireside wine nights, and gorgeous colourwork sweaters.
